I think when I get time I may try my hand at statting up the Werecobra from The Reptile (1966). That was a Hammer movie. I'd count it as a classic. Come to think of lesser-known British monsters, I might do Shish Kang from The Creeping Flesh as well. Both, especially the latter, I might have to DnD-ify (Shish Kang has no real notable powers beyond being big and ugly).

Someone needs to stat up Triffids. :)
