Well, I for one think that PC's power level should have maybe been more gradual. And definitely slow WAYYYY down after level 20 or so. There is a point when you top out your potential.

I guess that it seems to me that the difference in power from one level to the next is kinda big. A 2nd level PC is almost 2x tougher than a 1st lvl PC. IMO it should only be a minor improvement each level, and have more levels.

I believe both the psionics content and the FR NPC content in the ELH are appendicies, and thus wholly optional. Much like the d20 Call of Cthulu didn't ned to include the D&D cconversion info for monsters and spells (since the book is fully independant of the PHB), but put it in a seperate appendix for interested parties nonetheless...

As for the reprinting of splatbook feats in D&DG -- the very purpose behind that is so folks can explain the feats the gods have WITHOUT needing to buy another book... :D
