Castagyr ignored the insult as the lush was likely too drunk to realize she was like the pot calling a kettle black. He thanked Felix for the directions, then turned to the agreeable mage.

He asked Markus, “So the ambassador was at this tavern? Would he still be there, or did you seem him leave? It would only make sense for me to meet him there instead of his residence.”

1. Markus sees a man sitting at the bar get up and walk past Constable Garrus, brushing closely by him in the crowded tavern, then exit shortly after the ruffians.

2. G'Kar rises from his seat and offers a slight bow to Amisi, "Not at the moment, but I am sure we will meet again. Good evening to you." Rhal remains with G'Kar to discuss the position of Ambassador's Aide.

ooc: I just now saw that post! I don't know how I missed i unless it was during a combination of my tooth problem and bad internet issues, boh of which happen on and off. If I may, I would like o know if Markus noted any thing happen between them.

ooc: second half - did G'Kar leave when he stood up, or was he being polite to Amisi?

Markus thinks about the question about the ambassador still being at the tavern. "Mmmmm." He is thinking hard as to what he say the ambassador do before they left.

Veer stays clear of the group with the angry dragonborn, and turns back to the guard.

"Oh, ah, yes, I'm looking for Amabassador Mollair," he stammers."The tiefling Ambassdor," he adds unecessarily.

 

[Scotley]

"He was out enjoying the entertainment at a tavern earlier this evening. I expect that he has retired for the evening now, but if you wish you may inquire after him there, or if you wish to join me we can go to the residence after I complete my assigned escort." He explains how to find the establishment. "I would be honored Amisi if you and the others would care to join me. Perhaps we can do some more sampling later." He winks at Markus as he thinking Amisi intoxicated and wandering without supervision could be an accident waiting to happen.

Markus gives Felix a not very covert eyeroll.

"Alright Felix, I am happy to do that! It may turn into an adventure after all." She slips her arm through his and starts talking about who knows what while he leads them onward.

Markus' face has one of longsuffering as he follows behind them. "To the party, I guess."

Castagyr was thoughtful. Without anyone knowing for sure if the ambassador was at the tavern, it could be a waste of time to go there alone and find that he would only need to continue onwards to his residence. He had no reason to go to the tavern since the residence was a better place to eventually try finding or waiting G’kar.

“Very well, Felix. Seeing there is no guarantee the Ambassador remained at the tavern, I will look to go to his residence later.”

“I shall accompany you with Lady Sakai until she reaches her destination. Is it actually dangerous on the streets of the city? With all of this required escorting, I am certainly getting the impression that one should not walk around alone.”

“Or is it that your fiancé is trying to keep you from being distracted, milady?” he turned and asked Sakai.

Korgon addresses Castagir "We were simply out together, when the task came up and we decided to accompany our friend for companionship rather than security."
