No, although I did respond to someone's question about my story hours by informing them that the Werewolf one is based on a campaign I played in when I was 16, so maybe that's where the confusion came from.

4. New Blood - Recruit, pimp, whore out. Get the word out propoganda style that DF is alive and wel and would like some new folk to come and play with the setting.

The best way to do that is to make sure you do (at least weekly) news items on the main news page. Make sure there's something interesting there for people to look at each time. Hosted Sites get their own section on the news page, separate from the general community news, so it's worth taking advantage of.
