Alliance = Gaming Distributor. You do not buy directly from them - your gamestore does. However, I will emphasize that these are retail prices. Naturally, your gamestore will pay less (around 55% or so).

Go to your gamestore. Ask them if they use Alliance as a distributor. If they say yes, tell them to order the products you want from the above list during the given timeframe.

This is not an online deal. It's an incentive to retailers in an attempt to liquidate GRR inventory.

Hmm, does Thieves Quarter and Temple Quarter being dropped to $2 mean that Green Ronin won't be interested in selling the 3.5 Arcane Quarter, which is apparently ready to go, like, now?

Even at twice the price, Advanced Bestiary is practically a must-have for every DM, IMO. Get it, get it, get it, folks.
