Rowan shakes his head. He's filled with pity for his brother and sorrow over their sad perdicament. He tries not to let this show. He wishes Kirin were still around. She would know what to do.
"Vanth, we're going to be fine. We'll go to this secret shrine in the northern mountains. It's a long way, but we're survivors. We'll hunt and fish like old times. I'll bring the silver mancles and some rope. We'll keep an eye on the moon and get you good & tied up when the time is ripe. I'll stand guard. We'll get you cured. I can ask my friends to come with us. I'll warn you, they're an odd pair, and I don't even know if they'll come. But they are brave and good to have in a fight. You might even like the girl, but remember - I saw her first!" He gives Vanth a playful punch in the arm.
Rowan heads out to find Juliana and Boog. "So we got some loot to split. I'd take this lance if I could afford a horse. I might take this black shield and the breastplate as well. What do we do with these potions and scrolls. Can you guys read them?"
"Hey, and another thing." Rowan hangs his head here and pauses, trying to find his words. "I know we've had our differences, but I want you both to know I really appreciate you guys sticking with me and rescuing my brother. I couldn't have done it without you. You have the right to know that my brother is a werewolf, so those jerks were right about something. I'm going to find a cure for my brother. I dont' know how, exactly, but some of these here monks told me about a shrine, deep in the northern mountains, where we might be able to get some help. I plan on taking Vanth up there." Rowan pauses again then looks up. "If'n either of you wanted to come, you'd be most welcome."
