I like Carol, and I hope she isn't dead - after all, we haven't seen a body, just that ridiculous hat she was wearing in the episode where T-Dog died. (And I'm sure she was only wearing the hat so that the rest of the group could find it and assume she was killed.)

And Daryl showed some awesome "daddy" skills feeding "Baby Asskicker" there at the end of the episode.

I assumed that Lori's body was torn apart and devoured by various walkers, and that the one with the distended belly just ate too much and so didn't wander away like the rest.
