What are your reasons for becoming vegetarian?

First, be sure to monitor how you feel as you begin the new diet. You may want to consult your doctor first, just to make sure you don't need to worry about anemia. Here is my advice:

-Eat lots of spinach, it is a good source of iron
-Eat beans, nuts, lentils, rice, chick peas (these are great)
-Depending on what kind of vegetarian you are, try to eat lots of fish
