Another update today:

Jennell update: she’s been stable for the last two weeks. They are slowly weaning her off the respirator, but it’s been slow going. They expect to move her to a specialized rehab center on 1/9/24. Still can’t move hands and legs.

Another update..

Jennell update: they removed 2.1 LITERS of urine from her. She accumulated that much due to a clogged foley they hadn’t cleared out for a few days. My poor wife was loopy and couldn’t communicate what was wrong. She’s feeling much better now, however she might have kidney damage

In a separate email update that seems to have been sent to people who donated, they've started using the money raised to install handicap access in their home. No idea how soon Jennell might be able to go home though.

She was the first trans woman in TT-RPGs I learned about after I realised who I was. I even shared a few messages with her about it, and she was so supportive and nice. I'm so sorry for everyone who knew her.
