Vampire PC Build?

Looking to build a PC that can be played as a 'vampire'. Have to use published WotC materials (AL Rules). So this is for ideas.

An Enchanter Wizard. Use the Enchantment perks and spells as your charm abilities and use spells like Gaseous Form and Vampiric Touch to emulate the other aspects.
You could even use Animate Dead to raise your victims back up as zombies (which in your case would be re-flavored thralls).

This is a pretty good start. You might also want to mix in a little monk, since vampires traditionally bring speed and power without weapons. Plus the Way of the Long Death subclass lets you suck your enemies blood when you reduce them to zero HP, and the Way of Shadow gives you a bunch of sneaky abilities.

And you might as well be Drow. They're already creatures of the night with some vampire-like special effects built in.
