I don’t *know* that it’s about licensor approvals. I’m just guessing. It seems the most likely explanation.

The lack of communication is frustrating. I expect for C7 as well as fans, as the fans keep asking and C7 for whatever reasons is keeping quiet.

Given things I've heard from prior licensees, licensor approval is highly likely.
