Can someone do a Balance analysis on a feat allowing the Warlock to fire mutlple shots of Eldritch Blasts as follows? Or as a basis for a blast shape invocation?

You can fire multple blasts simultaneously against a nearby target.
Prerequisites: BAB +6 ?
Benefits: As a Full Attack Action, you may fire two blasts at a single opponent within 60 feet. Both blasts use the same attack roll (with a -4 penalty) to determine success and deal damage normally.
Fore every five points of base attack bonus you have above +6 you may add one additional blast to this attack, to a maximum of four blasts at a base attack bonus of +16. However, each blast after the second adds a cumulative -2 penalty on the attack rolls (for a total penalty of -6 for three blasts, and -8 for four).
Resistances and Spell Resistances apply separately against each blast.
Special: Blast Shape invocations may not be applied to any of the blasts fired.
PS: anyone have some good PRC suggestions for a Fae Changling type Warlock (CN amoral)? Probally will keep sticking with warlock, maybe grabbing few levels here and there of warshaper. . .
