Ok so heres my take on a Witch focused on weather in all its forms.
I havent gotten a feel yet for Spirit manifestations, so any ideas for such for this witch type would be greatly apreciated.
EDIT: Added the Eldritch Witch to this post so I dont have 20million posts in the forum. Still working on Spirit manifestation for weather witch.

Witchery: Electricity Resistance 20
Manifestations:
Skyfire: The weather witch launches a blast of pure electrical energy
from her hand at a target within 50 feet. It inflicts 2d6 points of
damage plus 1d6 per two witch levels, although a Reflex saving
throw (DC 10 + half the witch’s level + the witch’s Wisdom modifier)
reduces the damage by half. The witch can use skyfire a number
of times per day equal to her Wisdom bonus; witches with no
bonus can use skyfire once per week. This is a standard action.
Thunderstorm: Once per day the weather witch can create a thunderous noise anywhere within 100 feet of him, with a radius of 20 feet. Anyone in the area must make a Fort save (DC 10 + half the witch’s level + the witch’s Wisdom modifier) or be stunned for 1d3 rounds.
Rain Song: Once per day the witch may sing a song that causes a gentle rain to fall within a 10 foot radius of her. This rain acts as an area dispel magic affecting the first unwanted spell or magical effect on each creature in the area.
Sweltering Word: With a single word the weather witch causes an area 20 feet in diameter to be bathed in sweltering heat. All creatures in the area must make a Fort save (DC 10 + half the witch’s level + the witch’s Wisdom modifier) or become fatigued from the heat. The witch may use this ability a number of times per day equal to her Wisdom bonus; witches with no bonus may use this ability once per week.
Blade of the Tempest: The witch creates a shortsword, longsword or greatsword composed of swirling air and water. It appears in his hand. It behaves in all ways like a normal sword of its type, except that the witch may make a single attack as a full round action that forces the target to make a Fort save (DC 10 + half witch's level + witche's Wis bonus) or be dazed for 1 round
Witchery Spellcasting: The Weather Witch gains access to all spells with the Electricity descriptor, and may apply the Electricity template to his spells.
Witchery Lord: The Weather Witch becomes immune to all detrimental effects of weather and extremes of temperature, whether natural or magical

Witchery: The Eldritch Witch gains a +1 bonus to saving throws against spells and spell like abilities. This stacks with Familiarity with Magic.
Manifestations:
Eldritch Fire: The eldritch witch launches a blast of pure magical energy

All within the area suffer 1d6 points of damage +1d6 per two witch levels, although a Reflex save (DC 10 + half the witch’s level + the witch’s Wisdom modifier) reduces the damage by half.
Word of Power: The witch may speak a single word and add power to her spells. After uttering the word, the next spell he casts or witchery power he uses gains a bonus to its saving throw DC of 1+1 per 5 witch levels. The witch must cast a spell or use a witchery power the round immediately following the use of this ability, or it is wasted. The witch may use this ability once per day per five witch levels.
Eldritch Blade: The eldritch witch creates a longsword, shortsword or greatsword composed of pure magical energy. It appears in his hand. The witch is proficient with the blade which operates like a normal weapon of its kind in all ways, except that it does +1 point of magical energy damage +1 point per two witch levels with each strike, and it may strike incorporeal beings with no miss chance.
Mystic Song: Once per day the witch may sing a mystical song of protection. The song creates a field of magical energy that absorbs damage from any source. It may absorb an amount of damage equal to the witch’s level + her wisdom bonus. The field lasts for 1 minute per witch level.
Arcane Spirit: The witch’s spellcasting power is boosted by her arcane spirit. She gains a bonus to caster level equal to half her wisdom bonus. The boost lasts for 1 round per point of Wisdom bonus and may be used a number of times per day equal to half the witch’s wisdom bonus. Witches with no bonus may use this ability once per week and gain a +1 bonus to caster level.
Witchery Spellcasting: The Eldritch Witch gains access to any spell with the force descriptor and may add the Eldritch template to her spells.
Witchery Lord: The Eldritch Witch gains spell resistance equal to 8+ Witch level +Wis bonus
