For Cortex Prime, there's the "Prime Directive" and "To Boldly Go" hacks.

The easily findable versions of "Prime Directive" and "Boldly Go" are not Cortex games. do you have links to Cortex versions?

Neither do it quite as I would. I very much would use Roles derived from the (sub)Divisions within Starfleet (such as Command, Conn, Security, Engineering, Science, Medical) as one of the prime sets, as I think that is very robust and flavorful for a Trek game. Then either Approaches or Values as another set, depending on the style I wanted to play. (Might still leverage Values as another trait set somehow even if using Approaches.) I also usually increase the number of Distinctions to four when I run Cortex Prime, as I find it gives a bit more latitude, and one of which could be 'locked' to be species.

Signature assets don't quite feel right for Trek, but Specializations do, and I'd allow SFX to be attached to either Distinctions, Specializations, and probably Roles as well (though only Distinctions would get the standard "use at a d4" SFX).

There is the a Paragon System Playset (from the Agon 2nd Edition) called "Endeavour" on itch that is inspired by Star Trek.

Holy crap. I can't believe I forgot the best unofficial Star Trek game of all time.

Lasers & Feelings. It's a free one-page RPG. It's utterly fantastic and captures the feel of Star Trek better than any official game I've ever played.
