What would you do with a Rouge Toad?

Our 8th level rouge got baleful polymorphed into a toad.

We have the following characters all down in a mine with the toad

8th level cleric Dwarf
8th level druid Dwarf
6th level fighter 2nd level barbarian Half Dorc
8th level Bard Human
8th level Monk Human
8th level rouge that is a toad

The Rouge got baleful polymorphed by a trap. We are weighing our options. Like killing the toad and riencarnating the rouge.

What other options are afforded to the characters listed above. Is there a spell that we are missing that could turn this around?

Probably ask him why he was embarrassed. Or maybe show him an epic toad and see if he turned green with envy.

But why pass up a perfect opportunity to turn it into a quest to get the toad kissed by a princess?

I'd put him next to my eye-liner ferret and lipstick cobra.

Use him as a scout, and then have the DM write a scenario to get him back to normal.

And if everything goes wrong and you run out of rations, you have a snack...

I never imagined I would hear of a sun burned toad. Maybe you should try to find some aloe vera and put that on him. That might help some!

I´m not familiar with 3.5, but perhaps the Cleric could Dispel it?
I don´t know if it´s possible under 3.5: if I remember correctly you could Dispel a Polymorph Other under 3.0 rules?
