I'm now in Electric mode. Currently listening to Eiffel 65: Europop, The Cult: Electric, Jimi Hendrix: Electric Ladyland, ELO: All Over the World and Larry Coryell: Electric.

Electric was always my favorite Cult album. I don't see what it shares with most of the rest of your list there, though, except for the word electric in the title. Which Eiffel 65 doesn't have.

Thought I'd mix it up with some other stuff. Not straight elctric genre.

hrm... don't like the quality of mp3's or the speakers on my computer, so I'm going to give the last few albums my cd player played. (albums, cause even if I listen to something on the computer I prefer to have it be a full album and in order (they put it in that order for a reason!!! (and a lot of the albums I listen to have things that are meant to be played in order))) k, on with the list:

Do Make Say Think: Winter Hymn, Country Hymn, Secret Hymn
Explosions in the Sky: The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place
Explosions in the Sky: How Strange, Innocence (k, is burnt from mp3's until re-release)
Lift to Experience: The Texas Jerusalem Crossroads
Four Tet: Rounds
Sufjam Stevens: Illinois
Beck: Guero
Beck: Midnight Vultures
Future Sound of London: Cascade single
Einsturzende Neubauten: Silence is Sexy
American Analogue Set: Promise of Love
Messiah: 21st Century Jesus
Cibo Matto: Viva La Woman

There... short list for now.

I don't have a Mp3 player, but I have Musicmatch. I just bought Staind's new CD Chapter V so I have been listening to that quite a bit.

Other artists in the que include:

Seether
Doors
Godsmack

i'm still happy with my transistor radio.

Didn't they have LPs or 8 tracks in 1974?

of course... my first vehicle had an 8 track tape player.

but my transistor radio was better.

the only true form of music is a log and two sticks beating on it. All the other forms are just poor imitations of the real thing. :D
