Whats that bard variant or feat that allows Intelligence bonus to skill checks?

I read it today, and though i am trying to cut and paste my notes i lost it. I have about 10 books open in front of me and i'm going 'blind'.

It goes something like this. ' can add intelligence modifier to all skills, saves, and attacks'.

I gotta have it, as this character has nothing but intelligence going for it.

Prescience (Ex) Diviner Variant for Wizards

Specialist Wizard Variants :: d20srd.org

Gifted with extraordinary insight and perceptive abilities, a diviner using this variant can add an insight bonus equal to her Intelligence modifier to any attack roll, saving throw, skill check, or level check she makes. The diviner can use this ability once per day, plus one additional time per day for every five class levels attained. Using this ability is a free action that can be taken out of turn if needed, but the character must choose to use this ability before the die roll is made.
A diviner using this variant does not gain additional spells per day for being a specialist wizard.

I would still love some other similar suggestions.

btw, what are "level checks". Does that include Caster "level checks"? etc?

A Level Check is a die roll modified by the characters relevent level(s). And yes, Caster Level Checks are a subset of Level Check.

Although this should all probably be in the 3rd ed. rules section of the forum. Where ever that is.
