I'm going to chime in with support for Adventures in Middle Earth, even though it's only gotten about 9% of the votes. It's the only variant of D&D 5e that I'm happy to run these days and IMO is a very good adaptation of the 5e system. It nails a lot of the themes of ME with simple play mechanics, especially the Shadow element. It also adds a few skills that I personally find missing/lacking for othere D&D settings. It's Cultures and Backgrounds are a big improvement over default 5e; IMO only the backgrounds for the Midgard World setting equals it. I also like it's alternate spells list (for magic that's a bit higher/common than AiME's default) and have used it for some of my homebrewed 5e settings where I want to support lower magic or casters that are more akin to Hedge Mages.
