Yet another D&D Online article

Reading this one makes me even more excited. A highlight:

Characters won't get experience for just randomly killing monsters (ala every other MMORPG), experience will be based on completing quests and dungeons, and how you managed to do it.

Hmm.... this poses the dilemma of going for D&D Online, or for World of Warcraft. We'll just have to see how they turn out.

World of Warcraft will probably be out 9-12 months before D&D Online, so you could play WoW until D&D Online comes out, then make your decision.

Then again, I'm playing in the 7-day WoW Stress Test right now, and it's pretty fun, though it seems pretty far from being ready for release. There are no bugs to speak of, but there's tons of missing content.

Unless Blizzard has a ton of content just waiting to be propped onto the servers, then still have quite a bit of work ahead (IMO).

I will definitely be buying WoW the day it comes out though, if for no other reason that it runs beautifully on my Mac.
