The "Daggers" of Vax

Vax the Polydactyl Sphinx was an excellent riddlemaster. Years after her death, adventurers found her remains naturally mummified, which included her six toed right front paw and her seven toes left front paw. It was found that if one smacked someone who was about to answer a riddle on the nose with the right paw they would forget what they were about to say, and if they were smacked on the back of the head with the left paw they would remember. People started referring to these paws as "daggers" because Vax's claws were sharp, and several people in riddle contests found puncture wounds on their noses and suspected cheating was afoot.

Next Up: An elaborate mousetrap

The Clockwork Mousekapult of Gnikademus the Tinkerer.
This massive gear work animated construct was made by Gnikademus, a Gnomish tinkerer with an Intelligence of 30, and a Wisdom of 3. Gnikademus once cured himself of head-lice using a ring of Fire resistance and 3 pounds of Thermite. He said that having body hair was a chore anyway, and he never liked that laboratory.
The Clockwork Mousekapult is the result of someone commissioning him to create a "Humane Live Capture" Trap, to deal with Mice in their dairy farm. It requires a supply of Milk to work, but will run continuously for a month on a single gallon. The device is immobile, but low level intelligent (Int 8) and knows it's purpose. A series of tubes, magic gems, burners, sieves, and presses allows the device to keep the milk cold and fresh, while siphoning off small amounts to magically make cheese. It keeps a constant supply of fresh cheese to bait the trap arm. The cheese itself is enchanted to be especially delicious, smell especially good, and be highly attractive to any rodent or halfling (that was an accident but Gnickademus felt it was more a feature than a bug) within 100'. They must make a will save DC 40 to resist eating the cheese.

The cheese is placed automatically on the "Trap Arm", which is a self re-cocking catapult. When a mouse, rat, hampster, or other rodent (or Halfling) starts to eat the cheese, the catapult arm fires them into the distance. Fine creatures are thrown in a parabolic arc over 6000 feet. Tiny Creatures fly 1000 feet. Small creatures fly 200 feet. This would result in a great deal of damage when the subject hit the ground, but since it is a "Humane Live" trap, it also bestows Feather Fall on the victim.

Medium and larger creatures that trigger the trap fly half as far for each size category larger they are (med 100, lrg 50, etc).
The trap is ONLY triggered by Rodents (and Halflings). Any other creature can eat the cheese with no ill effect nor triggering the trap, though it will trigger even if a non-target is standing on the arm if a legal target triggers it. (i.e. If a human is standing on the launch arm and a mouse sets it off, the human goes flying with the mouse, though not as far.)

Next Item: A wooden tea caddy holding an assortment of instant tea bags.

Caddy of instant tea.

This wooden tea caddy holds a variety of magical instant tea bags. There are anywhere between 12 and 30 bags on the cart when found, and each tea, when drunk over the course of a short rest, grants the drinker the effect of a random potion. If anything but water is used on as the solvent, roll on the potion miscibilities table.

The Golden Shroom of King Daevinius
A long time ago this tiny item belonged to a fairy king, until it was stolen. This tiny toadstool instantly transforms into a medium sized toadstool-seat, whenever it is placed on the floor. Picking it up again shrinks the item back to its initial tiny size.

Next, an ancient armor adorned with decorative silver snakes.

Ssevek's Plate

Ssevek was an adder headed Yuan-Ti Malison hundreds of years ago. He had a philosophy a bit different from that of his own people. He renounced the gods of the Yuan-Ti and led a break-away group that did not strive for domination, but a place next to the other races at the table of alliance. His "cult" were still ambitious and cunning, but didn't wish for complete domination, like the rest of their kind.

Ssevek's armor is a +2 plate that grants poison immunity and magic resistance.

The blood of Midas

The imbiber of this potion can transform any one item or creature to gold with a touch. The resultant creation is nonliving and nonmagical, but it is suitable for enchantment.

A Single Fresh Blade of Green Grass Growing Out of a 1-inch Cube of Highly Polished Metal -
This sheet of metal can not rust, and it also absorbs water to feed the everlasting blade of grass! This piece of grass is super nutrient rich, and one blade can feed a small farm animal for a meal. The blade grows back in 1 hour. Druids are confused by this, and they believe the blade of grass growing out of the metal sheet allows them to use this item. The 1-inch cube of metal can be crafted into a small weapon or shield, not affecting the grass the grows from it. But, it requires master craftsmen from both Dwarves and Elves to forge such an item out of it.

Next item - A Bag of Marbles Containing Only Magical Screws

This is actually two items: Mordenkainen's Bag of Marbles, and Melf's Easy Use Screws.

Mordenkainen's bag of marbles is a small bag, the size of a normal marble's players bag, or a dice bag. It will hold a volume of material, About 4 in x 4 in x 4 in. Regaurdless of what is in the bag, it appears from the outside to be filled with marbles, jiggles as if full of marbles, and weighs about 1 lb as if it was full of marbles. Opening the bag and looking in from outside, it appears to be full of marbles. Only by reaching inside and feeling can you determine what is actually inside.

The bag is filled with Melf's Easy Use Screws. These are a number (3d10 + 20) of 4 inch long wood screws, with flat heads with no slot for a screw driver. If a user places the pointed end against wood, stone, or soft metals (copper or bronze, but not iron or better) pushes on the head with one finger and says the command word, the screw drives itself in smoothly until it's flush. A second command word will make the screw remove itself.

Next Item: A small salt shaker.

Salty's Salt Shaker

Designed by Heward and an apprentice, this salt shaker is empty. Once per day while holding the salt shaker, you can whisper a command phrase and use one charge. The salt shaker then fills with a special salt, which can either be shaken over food or into one's hand. If sprinkled in the hand and then thrown into someone's eyes, that person immediately rages as per the Barbarian ability used by a Barbarian of first level. Once it ends, the victim of the salt suffers disadvantage to all Charisma checks until they have undergone a long rest. For all other possible uses, the salt functions as normal salt.
