System-free Settings

Well, I know that I post this thread once annually or so, but I think it's time for an update given the many system-free setting books* released within the last year or so. Right now, we have:

  • Aihrde: After Winter's Dark (Troll Lord)
  • Buccaneers of Freeport (Green Ronin)**
  • Chronicles of Talislanta (Morrigan Press)***
  • Citybooks (Flying Buffalo) ?
  • Cults of Freeport (Green Ronin)**
  • Glorantha the Second Age (Mongoose)
  • Greyhawk Gazetteer (WotC)
  • HarnWorld (Columbia Games / Kelestia Productions)
  • Hotan's History of the World (Morrigan Press)****
  • Iron Kingdoms World Guide (Privateer Press)
  • Kingdoms of Kalamar 3x (Kenzer Co)
  • Lankmahr (Mongoose)
  • Pirate's Guide to Freeport (Green Ronin)
  • Punjar: The Tarnished Jewel (Goodman Games)
  • Rocketship Empires (StoryArt)
  • Scarred Lands Gazetteer: Ghelspad (White Wolf)*****
  • Scarred Lands Gazetteer: Termana (White Wolf)*****
  • The Spinward Marches (Mongoose)
  • World Book of Khaas (Emperor's Choice)
  • World of Praemal (Malhavoc Press)

Are there any system-free settings that I'm missing (again, keep in mind the definition of "system-free" that I'm using)?

*For the purposes of this thread, setting books with one page or less than worth of rules.

**Supplements for Pirate's Guide to Freeport core setting book.

***This is the revised and annotated version of the product.

****This is a systemless guidebook to the world of Talislanta.

*****These are the softcover booklets, not the hardcover Campaign Setting guides.

The second of the Iron Kingdoms Core books, [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Iron-Kingdoms-World-Guide-Roleplaying/dp/097069704X/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1215630804&sr=8-2"]Iron Kingdoms World Guide: Full Metal fantasy Vol 2.[/ame] has no more than, IIRC, a few regional feats in it. All the rules are in Volume 1.

Sorry for the confusion. Books published within the last ten years or so are fine, I merely started a new thread to compile recent releases, as well (as they've been absent from the past threads that I posted on the subject). For the record, though, the World Book of Khaas came out in 2005.

Flying Buffalo is allegedly re-releasing their insanely good Citybook line, although that's been "coming soon" for a good while now.

Yeah, I think Flying Buffalo is technically a one-man show, currently. That said, I know that they're planning the T&T con with Liz Danforth and a few other names from the old days, so I could be mistaken about that.

We have followed up the Pirate's Guide to Freeport with Cults of Freeport and Buccaneers of Freeport. It's a couple of years old, but the Thieves' World Gazetteer is almost all setting as well.

Scarred Lands Gazetteer (Sword & Sorcery Studios/White Wolf) has no rules material.

Goodman Games just put out a statless gazetteer for free RPG day.
