Really? Seemed to me that WOTC has been pretty cool about fan sites. Is the Dragonlance site by Dragonhelm shut down?

I'm perplexed by the inclusion of the OGL and the d20 License, even though the product obviously doesn't use them...

Why do you say that? I cannot remember Wotc doing anything.

Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but I thought WotC forced the Kargante to pull one or more of its books around the time White Wolf held the line. The Kargante shutdown but that did not have anything to do with WotC.
