I have voted Tome of Horrors III. But the II is great too (those two books are perhaps the best 3pp monster books imho), and Eldricht Sorcery is great. Look also at The book of * Might, from Malhavoc Press (either Eldricht, Hallowed or Iron (really a great book)).
I have the Complete Book of Eldritch Might from Malhavoc. It is a great reference. I also have the Book of Roguish Luck, but I haven't really considered the two Hallowed books or the Iron book.

Arms & Armor v3.5 is out of print. However, there are game stores that still have it in stock. My store has 2 copies yet. If you have trouble finding it, drop me an email at creech at dragonwing.net and I'll give you the store phone number and we could ship it to you.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it in one of my FLGSs. However, if I was mistaken and I decide I want a copy then I'll send you an e-mail. And, what does Arms & Armor v.3.5 have in it that sets it apart from other equipment sourcebooks?

If you get only one book to supplement your D&D game, I'd pick Book of the Righteous. If you were buying more and looking for a new game, I'd suggest Grim Tales and Slavelords of Cydonia together.

Because it has everything - including the stuff that's in those other equipment sourcebooks. :)

(.)

(It's a compilation as well as new stuff - the Section 15 is over 1/2 of a page.)

Depends on what you want.

Book of the Riteous is the best read of any RP book ever. It also has some great rules stuff in there. I cannot recommend it strongly enough, if you want a great read.

Chaositec has some really, really innovative stuff in there. It has great fluff, and great rules. But, you have to want freaky, psuedo-science/far realms stuff in your game.

Ptolus might be the single most impressive book in RP history. But, I have not bought it yet. I've come close twice, including in pdf last night. I've read parts of other peoples' copies. It is comprehensive, it is well written, it is well illustrated. I think you could use this forever and not use half of it.

Lost city of Barakus offers a great city. I like this book a lot, but its scope is not comparable to any of the above items.

I voted Ptolus, even though it is the only book of the four above I don't actually own.

Your loss if you don't own the ones in your poll.
I can live with that. :p

Seriously, I have a lot of d20 books and I don't feel I need to buy a whole lot more. I'm only interested in getting the really "good" stuff. The books that are A++.

I've noticed that when a poll allows for the selection of multiple options, it tends to skew the results. That's why I made the poll the way I did.
