I look forward to the Sorcerer preview, followed by page after page stating just how weak the Wizard is...

Other than that, I wonder what the Genasi and Warforged article is, considering we already have an ecology article for either of them.

Wow, I sang the praises of Dragon and Dungeon on multiple web sites when first launched, but this calendar is terrible. We get 5 articles (maybe 6), one of which features two races we already have articles on! If the content of this magazine doesn't pick up, I'm likely not to renew my DDI subscription. This is sad.

Dungeon has gotten weaker each month, though it APPEARS that we get three adventures in January (which is a nice change, and back to what has been advertised). Where are the super, super, great conversion articles from the first dungeon?

I like both "magazines" and I really like the compendium and character creator, but the quantity of the content has really, really, really dropped off.

Dragon:
Preview: Warden
Column: Ampersand
Article: Creature Incarnations
Article: Dhampyr
Column: Deisgn & Development
Article: Hestavar
Article: Spotlight
Article: Acererack
Column: RPGA Report
Column: Alumni
Article: Genasi & Warforged
Preview: Sorcerer

12 updates during the month, usual is 12 - 14, so this is on target.

Dungeon:
Adventure: Winter of the Witch
Column: Editorial
Column: Save My Game
Site: Viscous Venues
Adventure: Fist of Mourning (Scales of War?)
Column: Skill Challenges
Column: Adventure Path Support
Adventure: Brink of Madness (Iou Adventure Path 2?)
Column: Steal this Hook
Column: Dungeoncraft

The dungeon seems alot beefier this time around. Some of the Columns seem to have shifted from Dragon to Dungeon (Skill challenges)

As a side note, I am really looking forward to the two previews...

Wow. I feel the complete opposite to you. :)

I'm particularly baffled how you can dismiss the warforged & genasi article before you've even seen it (probably before it's even finished!).

Still, each to their own. I've been really enjoying Dragon and Dungeon, and I think it's great that I've been able to collect a second Adventure Path, not to mention the new adventures.

The issue is that we've already had one article on each of those races. It would be great to get more variety.

Dungeon was advertised as containing 3 adventures each month, that was not true in December - we got 2 plus a side trek (one of which is a conversion of a 3.5 adventure). There were great, great conversion articles the first month in Dungeon, virtually nothing like that since.

5 articles in a month is not what was previewed, is not what we got the first month or so, but seems to be the trend now.

I feel totally the fool for singing WotC's praises on DDI content the last few months....
