What articles would you like to see written for DDi?
Bare in mind I'm starting this thread so that freelancers (read: people on ENWorld who want to write an article) will have a pool of ideas/an idea of what folks want.
Monster Race Writeups for PCs
The Minotaur, Gnoll, and Shadar-kai were all in the back of the MM1, and then they received a racial writeup in Dragon. I'd like to see other races given this treatment. Now, a racial writeup is more than just the race given PC stats - it also includes a lot of feats that 1) compliment the race's traits/powers, 2) give support for this race interacting with other classes, and 3) misc things. The article also includes fluff.
The races I'd like to see:
Kenku
Kobolds
Goblins/Hobgoblins/Bugbears
Lizardfolk
While the inevitable response is "WotC doesn't do writeup of EEEVIL races", again - Shadar-kai, Gnolls, Minotaur. I'm just putting the suggestion out there. Especially for Kenku and Lizardfolk, who aren't stereotypically evil races.
Divine Boons/Legendary Boons/Grandmaster Training
The DMG2 introduced some great stuff. Alternative rewards to magical items, these are abilities the PCs gain as plot points or other sort of benefits.
But the DMG2 boons are limited. There's only a few of them! This is a great tool that should have more diverse choices. I'd like to see a lot of these so I don't have to make up a ton of them.
Encounter Objectives
The DMG2, and even further this thread presents some great suggestions on creating objectives within an encounter to offer other focuses than just a slugfest. However, these are merely suggestions, not guidelines or concrete examples.
An article that takes one, or a few of these objectives, and creates an encounter with rules on HOW to achieve that objective, would be a great tool. The Chaos Scar adventure Dead By Dawn is a fantastic example of a "Defend the Tower" scenario; a sequence of events and rules are presented on how to defend the characters' location from a zombie mob.
More Creature Incarnations
More Monsters! I LOVE MONSTERS. More more more! Creature Incarnations specifically takes one type of monster (gnolls, fell taints, kobolds) and presents a lot of monsters of that type. I would indeed like to see more of these.
