I think it looks like a fun game. I wasn't enamored with the whole bidding idea at first but it is starting to look fun.

I've played Revolution!, despite reservations. No one would confuse it with a great game, but it wasn't horrible, either.

Especially when playing the "Cheat anyway you can get away with" variant. NEVER EVER leave the room in that game.

Revolution! is a surprisingly good game from SJ Games. It's also a Eurogame, which is a surprise from SJ Games in itself!

I've played a number of games of it and I own a copy. You do want four people to play it, but there's definitely strategy involved: the game works and it works well. There are many games I prefer to it, but I'd never turn down a game of it if it were on offer.
