Woundhealer, from Saberhagen's Book of Swords. I don't have much call to stab people unless I'm driving in Boston traffic, but a sword that healed instead of harmed? Sign me up.
My favorite scene in any fantasy novel involves this sword. The wielder, chased by a superior enemy and completely trapped, rides his warhorse off a many hundred foot tall cliff. He stabs himself on the way down. His bones shatter, instantly reknit, so he staggers to his feet and runs the sword through his still-quivering but not-dead warhorse. He then rides off, waving jauntily at his foe back up on the cliff.
Yup. I'll gladly take that, thanks.
