I have added info about Merakesh LTD, not sure what will be next.

Added the info about the thieves guild..but it feels a little weak compared to the rest of the info

I put the population at 30,000 and made the second post into a who's who, giving more backgroound on folks as i go though and add more details about the city itself.

Well posted a new NPC..but i think the back story is weak
