Ok time to fix some math, starting on page 8 and moving forward so anyone can check. Two people posted at the same time and threw it off and then it cascaded from there and since I can't abide by the survival of Halfling gibberish on a technicality I'll run through it...

Page 8 brings Halfling down to 6... Page 9 starts with it lowering to a whopping 4! And then sees it rise up to 7 yet again(prior to me about to shoot it down). So that's the recap on that. Which brings us back to... Death to the child race!
