all have ring of wishes plus other stuff.
each scatters and wishes in turn "wish all four of us are in a sealed 15x15 room with safe environmental conditions, our gear along with the sorlock with no exits, bright lights and magic completely shut down for 10m in a one mile radius - not otherwise restrained.

So, we already know your DM is not following player character building rules, because this character is 20th level (because the spellcasting feature says so), with 17 levels of sorcerer (because count the sorcery points), and with 5 levels in warlock (because 3rd level pact magic spell slots).
Famous last words.

If he only had 3 levels of Warlock, he couldn't have 3rd level pact magic, that takes 5th level. Remember, full casters get a new level of spell slot every odd level (upto 17).

Maybe It's a mistake, it's 3th level warlock.
This was an edit error, it's 3th level Hexblade.

In order to be able to cast 3rd level warlock spells, you have to have at least 5 levels of warlock. Also, warlock levels don't stack with sorcerer levels for spellcasting purposes, so he's really a 17th level caster with extras.
It's 2th level warlock spells, Divine Soul 17 / Hexblade 3, was a editing error.
