So making sure I understand.

If I'm going for the following:

1) Magic Items
2) Journey rules
3) Player stuff (classes, feats, background, races, combat manuevers, that stuff)
4) Stronghold and Followers
5) Monsters

Than I would either get the Wizard(PDF), or Archmage (Physical + PDF), aka Adventuer's Guide, Trials and Treasures, and Monster Menagerie.

That is correct! Or you could make 3 pledges for those three books individually. The cost appears to be the same, but the latter is more time consuming.
