D&D 5E Fizban Is In The Wild -- With the Table of Contents!

Some people have received their copies of Fizban's Treasury of Dragons, and have posted photos (including the table of contents!) online!

I hate it when the PC at home doesn't always connect to ENWorld while the one at work does (oh the irony) so I'm late in joining this thread. Anyway, I was involved in the Creature Catalog's Converting Dragons to 3E thread and contributed to the converted pink dragon, so it's listed there.

Also, did I miss something, but why does the ToC not list an Adult Dragon Turtle?

The MM Dragon Turtle IS the adult version of the Dragon Turtle.

If you've got a screenshot of the OG pink dragon or your conversion, I'd love to see it. Quick google searching of D&D pink dragon isn't finding much!

I’d just like to point out that it’s SARDIOR not Saridor.

Just like how one of the dragons named in the book is CHARSIMA not Charisma.

Yeah, that one got me. Stupid dyslexia. I had to reread it like 10 times because I knew that there couldn't be a dragon named "Charisma". Stupid name. That would be like naming one of the dragons "Widsom" or "Detxerity".

Reminds me of this line from my favorite Discworld novel (Thud!), which I happened to be rereading last night:

I disagree, I think the older stat Tiamat would win, more attacks and discorporation is a more power version of being Mythic in a sense, Aspect of Tiamat is is straight up killable, The other Tiamat basically isn't without some absurd things happening first, you can only functional banish her for a time from materiality, but she always comes back and she isn't dead.

No one said anything about killable. The question was who would win. If you are forced to discorporate, the other party wins. The fact is with 1074 total HP vs 615 HP the mythic version would win. Remember they are both immune to each other's breath weapons, so it really all comes down to attacks.

Now that I think about that, I don't think the Aspect has the magical weapons trait (quite the oversight), so technically I think the OG version is basically immune to all attacks from the Aspect! So I was wrong and the OG version would win on a technicality (and win big)! The Aspect really is a hot mess, if they had just given the OG version mythic actions it would have been much better than what we got. That being said, my own version is better than either of them!
