D&D 5E Dragonix's Deadly Denizens Volume II is NOW AVAILABLE at DrivethruRPG!

Ah, I get what you mean. The structure would more or less be similar to what I did with the MME books, but the colors will be different (just grays and blacks, as seen in the SRD). Though the font colors will still be the same (as used in the SRD).
Couldn’t you use a different color background, just black and white feels a bit plain, or am I misunderstanding this?

It won't be totally black and white. The parchment is grayish brown so it still has some color. The divider bars are black. The font still has that dark reddish tint, but darker. This was the best combination I could find that was close enough to the SRD and different from the MM, but won't be distractingly different or odd.

DriveThruRPG (which uses the same log-in, same library, same wishlists, etc.) has a ton of D&D stuff (for all editions) that doesn't use that IP. And it gives the creators a much larger (and fairer) cut of the sales.
I'll push back a little bit on the "fairness" of the author's cut on DriveThru vs the DMsGuild.

You do get a "better" cut on DriveThru products, as there is no licensing fee for creating OGL products and DriveThru only takes a cut because they are hosting your sales as a retailer. You get a smaller cut on the DMsGuild, as DriveThru (OneBookShelf) still needs their retailer cut . . . but now you ARE paying a licensing fee to WotC in order to use their IP.

It's a fair deal, IMO.

If you wanted to create and sell products using WotC's IP before the Guild, well, you couldn't do so legally. Now you can, as long as WotC gets their cut.
