I thought the reset every day so I burned through yesterday's.

It's every week, I thought.

Might be because the word "portrait" is confusing it into thinking you want just heads and shoulders?
I use "full-length view" and it seems to get it mostly right maybe 2/3 of the time.

OK. For my latest attempt, I just put "full length". If that doesn't work, I'll try "full length view".

(I just edited my reply to add: Also try putting "full length view" at the beginning of the prompt, so its near the thing you want a full length view of.)

Aha. I didn't realize word order mattered that much! I've always been putting it at the end along with the style.

Well, it's just a guess, but I believe the way these things work, in part, is to associate nearby terms more strongly together. I could be wrong, but it seems to work better* for me that way-- in my little anecdotal world, at least.

eta: Well, I've tried variations of your specific prompt several times, and it really does seem to be resistant to showing the girl's feet! Definitely frustrating, especially when you get a pic great in every respect but that.

It's amusing that it seems more much averse to generating "surprise ankles" than "surprise boobs".
