I've been trying to get it to give her plaid pants, but it keeps giving her a kilt instead. Sometimes it even makes the cloak go plaid. One time it turned her into a gnome as well.

Here's one where it gave her both a kilt and plaid pants!


And even though I've always specified pants, it occasionally throws in some that are very NSFW. Sigh ...

No idea if it would actually work, but you could try "tartan trews."

First attempt gave me three close-ups and one of her wearing a kilt. Will try again.

Even specifying a suit gets a skirt. And two different plaids, which is Not Done.

Switched to a male dwarf and got two with kilts and two with pants. I guess women aren't allowed to wear plaid pants.

I'm also a bit concerned about the fact that DALL-E appears to have included an artist's signature.

So is this how you could then create a 'character style guide' for repeat generation for the various characters we have been posting?

Yep, in fact you can converse with your GPT assistant to create a style guide on the fly and then create images when it is done. You also can stop and restart answering the assistant's questions. Yeah, this tool is bonkers.
