What is "railroading" to you (as a player)?

I'd disagree. If we're talking about the theory and design of RPGs then a well-considered take on what stats are and do is very much something that matters to more than just the person with the opinion. I notice you don't hold yourself to this same standard when something at hand is important to the way you enjoy your games. Just saying. (y)
Of course I do. Everything I say is my opinion, and I try very hard to make that clear in writing, even though in my experience a lot of others don't, despite their statements being no less opinions than mine are. If I missed saying "I think" or "IMO" somewhere, it was a mistake, not a claim to objectivity.

If you're fishing for hypocrisy from me, please look elsewhere.

To me it doesn't matter if your stats aren't the most important part of your character to you. They exist and they're part of what makes up your PC. Not caring about them doesn't make them go away or reduce their influence.
See, this is exactly what I mean. You have a very specific idea of what stats mean, and now that it's your opinion and not someone else's you're making declarative statements. The 'influence' of stats and what that means vis a vis roleplaying is very much just your opinion and not something native to RPG play. There's nothing wrong with you playing the game the way you like, but let's not conflate your interpretation and preferences for anything more than what they are.

I really don't think GMs or other players at the table should be auditing one's roleplaying performance.
It's one reason I try to make a habit of NOT learning what the other players' stats are if at all possible. (Granted, you'll usually figure out their highest stat over the course of play because so many more rolls are made using it.)

What the player and their character bring to the fiction is what matters to me, not what's on their sheet. I've had other players running highly homebrewed characters and not been aware of it for most of the game; that's between the player and the GM, not me (as another player).

What do you think "to me" means?

Jesus. Learn their stats? In my experience players sometimes have trouble remembering their own stats, never mind everyone else's. :D

Nothing so grand. You just treat other people's preferences and interpretation a little differently than you do your own. Just an observation, not a scathing critique.
Of course I do. If I didn't value my opinions over those of others, I would have different opinions. That's what preferences are. They are preferred.
