d20 stats for Vash the Stampede

I'm trying to model Vash the Stampede (AKA: the Humanoid Typhoon/the First Official Human Act of God) in d20 modern and want to know what everything thinks he'd be.

It's pretty obvious that he's a Gunslinger/Soldier but the details are kinda up to debate and how do you model his really powerful "race" and the freckin' Angel Arm

Any ideas/imput to help a guy long?

I'd say he's primarily a fast hero. His schtick was never being hit. Add in every feat you can imagine which represents "not getting hit" and voila, there he is.

It may also be helpful to wait a little while for the Big Eyes, Small Mouth d20 hardcover that's coming out, as it will have a lot og good anime material you could use.

I'd find a good superhero system like FCTF that can easily be wedged in without much trouble, to model his 'race'... if you watch closely, his Dex isn't the only stat that's engineered to be super-high. As for the angel arm.... I wouldn't even bother giving that stats unless you need to know how many hp the moon has (although I suppose it could happen ). That seems like one of those "DM's discretion" things.
