I'd much rather have stats on the (back of?) a card

than have to hunt them down individually with a secret URL, then cut & paste the content into a place I can access it better - If I decide I have liked it once I have found it. Too much work IMO. Otherwise this could be a good idea...

edit - oh, I see - this is shipping now! By your poll, you made it sound like you were collecting market research so you could make an educated decision. Oh well. I'll change my vote from "maybe" to "no thanks".

Well, the gaming market is not big enogh to support a trading card set like this, the stats were put on a secret URL so that trading card fanatics would not be have gaming stats stuffed right in their face. PLUS, as a DM i don't want players picking up cards with stats on them, I want to be the only person with them!

Hey Whitman,

I need a different poll response -

- d20 cards are a good idea as long as they come with a miniature :D

Just joking Ken - I could see a use for these if the stats were directly on the card, but you my friend are the master are marketing. I bow to your superior business sense.

Best of luck with this venture.

I learned that there was a trading card market outside of gaming and sports - I honestly did not know that.

Well, for years now I have been tring to figure out how you can get a miniature the size of a card, when you add water....wa-la... a way cool miniture. So far all I can find is pill that turns into a dinasaur:-( Hurry up, 20 years from now!!!
