What is this creature?

Actually, that thing is very similar to what I envisioned kobolds to be for the six years I played before I saw any pictures of them.

I'd use it as a goblin, if I were trying to break away from the 'typical' goblin look. Otherwise give it some pants and make it a fey.

Keep in mind that a 64x64 version of the pic is either monstrously cropped, or ridicully tiny.

There I cropped a 192*192 section of the pic, and then reduced the surviving square by a factor of 9 (so that it became 64x64).
