Eldritch Wizardry p. 4

I just went to RPGNow.com and got a PDF copy of OD&D Supplement III, Eldritch Wizardry. Unfortunately, the scan is bungled by having p. 4 replaced by a duplicate p. 8.

Does anyone have Eldritch Wizardry and the capacity to scan page 4 for me?

Anyway, here is a 13k pdf of that page that you can insert into your version as an alternative to the scan.

Hey, look at that... further into the PDF, there's another glitch like that. Page 53 is also missing (which would be the end of the artifact ability tables -- what appears is a duplicate of p. 49).

Anyone have a scan of Eldritch Wizardry p. 53? Thanks!
