Perhaps I should elaborate. The dungeon may be a temple devoted to Tiamat. I plan on placing a few journals mentioning things dealing with a Dracolich. (Just to freak out the players)

I'd like for some input on what a dragon's magic item worn limit is. Same as any other?

As far as I know, but in FR there was a dragon that had trained himself to use wands in his wing claws. He still needed to spend the normal actions to use them, but they added versatility where to something already scary.

Also, if the dragon has more than 20 HD, he would be eligible for epic feats.
