You might check through the Map-A-Week Archive. There's several city maps in there... Dragonport, for example.

Thanks for all the links. I've settled on Sasserine. One of the neatest city maps ever. I'm also happy that one of the products has each of the 'districts' mapped out with a little blurb on each of the little island areas.
