Well I finally got a scanner, so I thought I'd share some of my drawings. It's late so I only scanned one. But its the dwarving cleric that inspired me to do the 3d render of the dwarvin warhammer in the other thread of mine. You can see my innitial idea for how the hammer would look.
Anyway, you'll notice she has a flag of moradin ontop of her helmet. I thought it would be interesting if the clerics, when wearing fullplate in battle, had a flag depicting the symbol of their deity, flying above their helmet, so that their fellow soldiers would have an easier time of finding them for when they needed healing. I got the idea from watching the japanese film Ran depicting samurai in their battle gear. They'd have flags flying off their shoulder or back, with the color of the army they were a part of.
