Did you specify vampire teeth or something for the dhampir? I couldn't get it to give me pointy upper teeth for my shifters. It always insisted on pointy lower teeth. I wonder if adding "vampire teeth" or something might work.
Also, it looks like Little Red Riding Hood bagged herself a big bad wolf!

I don't know about "hand-drawn" looking styles, but I've had some luck with terms like 'iridescent-rainbow skin" and "rainbow-striped skin." the word "psychedelic" sometimes works, but the color scheme seems to want to bleed into the rest of the picture. But overall it is pretty hit or miss.

I just said "fangs", and let concept bleed handle everything else. The entire prompt was "watercolor, elven priestess of the moon with long silver hair, fangs, black gown, gothic ballroom setting."

Little Red Riding Hood has ensorcelled the Big Bad Wolf and turned him into her mount.
As an aside, I tried a prompt with LRRH as an adult looking over her shoulder as she walked toward her grandmother's cottage. Suffice it to say, the results were NSFW. Like basically LRRH + adult gets you "sexy LLRH Halloween costume" type stuff.
It prompted me to submit some feedback suggesting that they add a feature allowing us to flag NSFW stuff that slips through their content filters. I think it would help improve the training of the AI.
Here's the only one that wasn't NSFW:
