Humanity is a trading card game that celebrates the vast spectrum of human achievement. Players take on the roles of rival civilizations competing to determine who will have a greater impact on future cultures. The cards are inspired by all of human history, taking the form of ancient rulers, great works of art, philosophical breakthroughs, and mythical beings.
Players and collectors are invited to delve into the depths of the human experience through the ages. Humanity offers a captivating experience that marries strategic game play with cultural exploration. It will resonate with TCG players and collectors as well as those who are passionate about history, mythology, and ancient civilizations.
Completing the starter deck means commissioning 30 pieces of original art. I will also commission art for 7 holofoil cards that are only available to kickstarter backers. Below, you can see example cards with the art I have already commissioned.
If we reach our stretch goals, I will get freelancers started on art for more sets. This could include three more starter decks as well as set boosters for Prehistory, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Persia, India, Wonders of the World, and Greece. So far, 275 cards are finished and play-tested, with outlines for hundreds more.

- Each player starts with a civilization card that has a unique victory condition.
- Add cards to the bank to generate suns. Spend your suns to play cards.
- Challenge your opponent's cards to send them to the dustbin of history.
- Win by challenging your opponent directly, meeting the victory condition on your civilization card, or forcing your opponent to draw all of their cards.
