Note that whatever image hosting service you are using, it shows "Content not viewable in your region" for me. It's important that I am able to see content on these boards in order to verify that it is appropriate for the forum, so please don't use image hosting services which block the UK from seeing them. The forums here allow you to upload images directly. If you could replace that image, I'd be grateful. Thanks!
...here's a sample page from the PDF; my print editions are the same page-size as typical fifth-edition sourcebooks...i don't have any of the pocket editions but i believe they're identical to the full-sized layout, just scaled-down in size...
