There is no better way to start off the new year than with Starship Scavengers! As with every adventure this campaign includes both a custom deck of 10 tarot sized cards & the Frontier Gazette, our in-universe newspaper.
A solo play RPG franchise with over 18 publications released. Explore derelict starships for riches and fame. Face off against mysterious alien foes and corporate militias.
You play as a scavenger trying to make it big in a cutthroat world. With our supplement Character options there are over 10 different background and 6 specie types to choose from each one starting with a unique equipment and skills. Over the course of your adventures your character can level up each skill through augmentations and general life and death situations. See our website for our back catalogue.
Starship Scavengers: The Toru Directive!
This marks the 9th adventure of Starship. Unlike the other derelicts this one is new, recently adandoned and formerly owned by a mega corporation for unknown reasons so its safe to assume they may have left some security measures in place. Unfortunately it is slowly sinking into the atmosphere of Toru, an expansive gas gaint that will crush the ship under its own pressure in approximately two days from now... So be quick, gear up and scavenge!
But, as it always goes that isn't all, scavengers teams (With cleary far better intel) have already boarded the ship. A distress signal is also coming from the ship thankfull your computer managed to pick it up - 'Mayday, mayday. Aban- warning- onboard. Rescue..please, anyone? Mayday - End signal
Oh, that doesn't include the sky rays that are orbiting the ship in space attempting to rip through the hull but I'm sure that won't be a problem...
Frontier Gazette #6
Have you ever wondered, Where do starships fuel up? What do the service stations of tomorrow look like? Well if you're even an amatuer space farer than you've probably heard of Gyre station, one of the largest space stations in the Heinlein system.
Each Frontier Gazette is over 32+ pages, it is our in universe newspaper providing additional game lore and often feature equipiment/mini-games. This issue takes you around Gyre station introducing you to the NPCs/ Equipment and locations.
Adventure deck
As with every adventure we release, a fully custom 10 tarot sized card deck. These replace the images in the back of the adventure book allowing for a more seemless experience and for those who want to create homebrew adventures all the cards are designed to play in any adventure. So you can mix and match to generate your ultimate adventure.
The cards are 400gsm heavy card stock, meaning they won't bend or tear no matter your frustration.
The last campaign Starship Scavengers: The Case of the Asteriod Blues, we launched the 'Event Cards' this adventure will feature 1 brand new card of this variety. Every event card contains three unique situations that could occur from: Mystery alien encounters - Forgetting to bring the correct ammo.
