This is a very interesting piece. It appears to show the path of corruption of the classic “paladin in hell”.

Possibly the subclass art for a revised oathbreaker?

A lot of modern D&D art hasn't impressed me at all. This, on the other hand, looks pretty good.

I like that they seem to be embracing a broader range of styles. In the era of AI art, I increasingly appreciate variety and uniqueness.

I love the artwork in the painting to the left of the figure. The whole thing has a “fall from grace” vibe to it.
