Surrealist cues & effects?

My friends are warming up to play Triangle Agency (finally) and I'm looking for little cues and effects to amp up the surrealist vibe of the game.

For eg, there's a kind of anomaly in the game that robs agents of their stuff. Among these may be usual things like items or weapons, but also unusual ones like attrition, time or perspective.

What cues like that we could use? Any tips, effects, tables, etc. from other games, movies, series, etc. useful here?

Thanks!

How long do these anomalies last?

How long do these anomalies last?
Good question, as I still haven't played the game. But I guess they're supposed to go down/be dealt with fast. As I understand it, the main (big) anomalies are the ones supposed to have entire missions around dealing with them, while the minor ones are just support/obstacles.

Makes sense?
