It's not the number of levels, but the scale of the thing overall.
could be 6 levels with 10,000 encounters each level. I'd call that mega.

I have to recalibrate every time an American mentions 'tonight' and realise it means 'tomorrow'. Somehow everything is always 24 hours away!

American: "I'll do that after lunch".
Me: Sets diary date for a week next Tuesday.

I hate time zones.
